1. Minor Figures Hyper Oat Matcha – 41 calories per 100ml

Minor Figures Hyper Oat Matcha featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (41 calories per 100ml).

When you don’t fancy forking out for a cafe-priced iced matcha, this Minor Figures Hyper Oat Matcha makes it just as delicious to prepare one at home. If you’ve never tried matcha, it’s a much gentler energy boost than coffee; you get the energy boost, without the jitters!

Oats and oat milk are both essential ingredients in our kitchen. It’s okay if you don’t fancy porridge or overnight oats, try flipping a stack of Oat Pancakes instead.

With all this good weather, our fridge is even more full with fruit than usual. That’s good news for us mixing things up with different toppings every day!

You can always take a scroll through our blog of pancake topping inspiration, if you need to.

Got a busy morning ahead? A pot of Yeo Valley Organic Kefir with Granola Mango & Passion Fruit is great to reach for; while we fancied the more tropical option, you can pick up a blueberry flavoured pot, if you prefer.

Granola always makes us think about our Raspberry Mocha Granola Pots. Just imagine kick-starting your day with layers of reduced-fat cream, juicy raspberries and chocolate yoghurt over a base of chocolatey granola.

The secret is…we don’t actually use granola! We make our own from scratch with a sticky-sweet combination of syrup, oats, cocoa powder and espresso powder.

Two glasses of Pinch of Nom's Raspberry Mocha Granola pots are served, topped with a swirl of cream, raspberries and a drizzle Sweet Freedom Choc Shot. Extra granola waits to the side to be sprinkled on top.

Hands up if you love pesto! The pesto you normally get from a jar to combine with pasta is usually quite thick, while this Morrisons Pesto Salad Dressing is nice and light for drizzling.

Try it over your favourite salads to bring a zingy boost of flavour to your lunchtimes in the sun – we can promise, you won’t be disappointed!

Whenever we host a BBQ, our guests know to expect a gorgeous green bowl of Pesto Potato Salad. By using Greek-style yoghurt instead of mayo, we’ve kept things slimming friendly without losing creaminess.

The lightly-toasted pine nuts make every bowlful look extra-impressive!

Pinch of Nom's Pesto Potato Salad is plated up on a bright green table with a spoon waiting to dig in.

Morrisons Pesto Salad Dressing is available from Morrisons, priced at £1.40 per bottle.

Pinch of Nom's Chopped Thai-Style Chicken Salad is a colourful medley of fresh veggies, with carrot ribbons, pineapple and a scattering of fresh red chillies. It's served on a large round plate, on a table with a green and white patterned place mat. Silver cutlery is nearby, and the peanut dressing is ready in a small round pot next to the plate.

Vivera Thai Protein Bites are available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £2.85 per pack (or £2.00 with a Nectar card).

They’re ready-brushed with a moreish garlic and parsley marinade, you’ve just got to decide how to cook them.

Frozen prawns are the star of the show in our Prawn Tikka Masala. While the sauce is luscious and thick, we’ve not used heavy cream – we’ve stirred in fat-free Greek yoghurt instead.

Served with fluffy rice and a few of your favourite Indian-inspired side dishes, that’s your next fakeaway night sorted!

Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Prawn Tikka Masala is served at the centre of a table with a fluffy side of basmati rice.

Want to know the best part about our Strawberry Cream Pie? It’s a no-bake recipe – ideal for sunny days!

As good as it might look, remember not to rush trying your first slice. You want your filling to set and the intense fruity flavours to mingle first.

They’re marinated in a fiery-sweet blend of jalapeno chilli, demerara sugar and honey, so that when you grill them to flaky perfection, they’re jam-packed with flavour.

Why not try them on a bed of the couscous mix from our Spicy Salmon Skewers with Couscous recipe? It’s stirred through with tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, spring onions, peppers, fresh parsley, and then topped off with a zingy homemade yoghurt drizzle.

A hand reaches for one of Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Spicy Salmon Skewers with Couscous, served at the centre of a summery table with a garnish of lemon wedges and extra yoghurt drizzle on the side.

If you’ve got a copy of our first-ever cookbook, you’ll find our very own Tiramisu recipe on pages 240-241.

It’s the perfect end to an Italian-inspired dinner. You can always head to our blog for more inspiration.

7UP Zero Sugar Pink Lemonade Bottle featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (3 calories per 100ml glass).

You can always try a pour over ice with lemon wedges or mint leaves, if you’re taking things up a notch!

We use a handful of simple, affordable ingredients to bring our own version of Pink Lemonade down to just 20 calories per glass. Our recipe is far better for you and your budget than shop-bought versions by using a combo of fresh fruit and sweetener.

2. The Tofoo Co. Thai Burgers – 125 calories per burger

The Tofoo Co. Thai Burgers featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (125 calories per burger).

These The Tofoo Co. Thai Burgers are all the inspo we need for a Meat-free Monday dinner! The aromatic patties are made up of tofu, carrot, red pepper, spring onion, coriander and chilli – with a hint of lime and soy sauce squeezed in. So, there’s no shortage of flavour!

We piled them high with a Thai-style slaw on a wholemeal bun for a filling, vibrant meal.

They pair like a dream with a fluffy side of our Jasmine, Lime and Coconut Rice. You might recognise this recipe from pages 212-213 of our Quick and Easy book.

The trick is to use a dairy-free alternative that promises all of the flavour without the calories!

3. Frozen Gut Health Smoothie Mix – 194 calories per serving

Frozen Gut Health Smoothie Mix featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (194 calories per serving).

We love it when we spot a product that’ll save us some time! This Frozen Gut Health Smoothie Mix is ideal for those busy days where you don’t fancy chopping fruits to blend.

Simply stash a bag in the freezer, ready to blitz into a gut-healthy smoothie – or use the chopped peach, mango, oats, chia seeds and yoghurt bites to prep a healthy dessert.

Frozen fruit is always cracking to have in the freezer for one of our sweet treat go-tos: Mango and Raspberry Ice Cream. The unbelievable thing about this recipe is the size of the ingredients list; you’ll only need bananas, frozen mango, frozen raspberries and granulated sweetener.

It truly is slimming-friendly and fresh at 87 calories per bowlful.

Three bowls are filled with colourful servings of Pinch of Nom's Mango and Raspberry Ice Cream. A spoon is in each bowl, waiting to tuck in. The bright-yellow mango scoop rests on top.

Frozen Gut Health Smoothie Mix are available from Aldi, priced at £1.99 per bag.

4. Sainsbury’s Breaded Chicken Steaks – 209 calories per steak

Sainsbury's Breaded Chicken Steaks featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (209 calories per steak).

We’re all in favour of breading chicken from scratch, but these Sainsbury’s Breaded Chicken Steaks are great for taking the stress away on busier days.

The breadcrumb coating around the tender chicken breast is mild, so it’ll pair nicely with a variety of different side dishes. You could always keep things simple with potato wedges, peas and gravy!

When we think about crunchy-coated chicken, our mind goes straight to Katsu. This Loaded Katsu Curry Fries pairs crisp chicken strips with fries, tortilla chips and our Katsu-style sauce whipped up from scratch.

A table is set with two plates of Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Loaded Fries with Katsu Curry Sauce.

Sainsbury’s Breaded Chicken Steaks are available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £1.69 per pack.

5. Spiced Potato, Chickpea and Mango Salad – 132 calories per 1/2 pot

Spiced Potato, Chickpea and Mango Salad featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (132 calories per 1/2 pot).

We really get that summertime feeling when we spot goodies like Spiced Potato, Chickpea and Mango Salad at the shops. The medley of chickpeas, potatoes and onion comes ready-drizzled in a sweet and spicy mango dressing, making it perfect for sunny day picnics and buffets.

Just like Aldi’s potato salad pot, our Chicken and Mango Burgers are sweet, tangy and fiery all at once. By preparing your salsa and burger patties from scratch, you can keep the calories down and control the spice level – be warned, our salsa is definitely on the hotter side!

We found that half of a deseeded red chilli is the perfect, taste bud tingling amount for our salsa bowl.

Spiced Potato, Chickpea and Mango Salad is available from Aldi, priced at £1.89 per pack.

6. LEON Golden Lentil Dhal – 201 calories per pack

LEON Golden Lentil Dhal featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (201 calories per pack).

LEON has always been one of our favourite ‘fast’ food options. This LEON Golden Lentil Dhal delivers on speed and flavour, with a pouch of curried chickpeas and lentils that’s ready to enjoy in 90 seconds.

Top your portion with some fresh coriander leaves and a scoop of relish – it makes something that’s already delicious even better.

We’re feeling inspired to reach for the lentils in our cupboard and make a batch of Sweet Potato and Red Lentil Soup that’ll serve us for the week.

Chuck all the ingredients together and let them bubble away, until your sweet potatoes are softened and they’ve released their naturally gorgeous earthiness.

A table is set with two eye-catching bowls of Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Sweet Potato and Red Lentil Soup, each bowl is topped with a sprinkling of cracked black pepper.

LEON Golden Lentil Dhal packs are available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £2.50 (or £2.00 with a Nectar card).

7. Morrisons The Best Tuscan Chicken – 228 calories per 1/2 pack

Morrisons The Best Tuscan Chicken featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (228 calories per 1/2 pack).

Is it bad that we picked up this Morrisons The Best Tuscan Chicken meal for two because it reminded us of our own recipe? If so, guilty!

The chicken breasts come ready-coated in a tangy, herby, Parmesan crumb – once they’ve crisped up, that’s your cue to drizzle them with the provided sachet of sun-dried tomato sauce. You really can’t argue with how easy that is…

It’s no exaggeration to say that our Tuscan Chicken Macaroni is one of our most-popular recipes EVER. Even though we’ve not scrimped on cheesiness, each portion works out at just 430 calories – not bad at all for a pasta dish!

If you’ve already tried this one, take a look at what to make next if you love Tuscan Chicken Macaroni

Morrisons The Best Tuscan Chicken is available from Morrisons, priced at £7.00 for a pack that serves 2.

8. trüfrü Pina Colada Pineapple in White Chocolate & Coconut – 87 calories per 1/7 pack

trüfrü Pina Colada Pineapple in White Chocolate & Coconut featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (87 calories per 1/7 pack).

We love how simple yet delicious these cocktail-inspired trüfrü Pina Colada Pineapple in White Chocolate & Coconut bite are. The pineapple chunks are wrapped in not one, but two, layers of silky chocolate.

After all that, they’re finished with a sprinkling of coconut to complete the tipple-like flavours. How fun does that sound for a light snack or dessert?

Speaking of fun, if you’ve not tried our Pina Colada Pancakes yet, you need to change that. They’re served with a sticky-sweet pineapple and lime topping and a dollop of creamy fat-free Greek yoghurt that’s too scrummy to resist.

A table is set for breakfast, with a pot of coffee and a mug nearby. On a white plate with a yellow rim, 3 Piña Colada Pancakes are served, with a topping of pineapples, a slice of lime and a dollop of Greek yoghurt. A knife and fork with bright blue handles are resting on the plate.

9. Kellogg’s High Protein Bites Chocolate Cereal – 114 calories per serving

Kellogg's High Protein Bites Chocolate Cereal featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (114 calories per serving).

While not everyone’s a fan of hazelnut, we absolutely love it! These Kellogg’s High Protein Bites Chocolate Cereal bring a nutty-sweet crunch to the breakfast table.

As well as being fortified with the good vitamins and minerals we all need, they’re also higher in protein (listed as 21% plant-based protein). That means they should leave you feeling fuller for longer than your average cereal!

If you’re looking for a boost in the morning, nothing beats our Raspberry Mocha Granola Pots. As well as a hint of coffee to help you wake up, we’ve swirled in chocolatey yoghurt, juicy raspberries, reduced-fat cream and sticky-sweet maple syrup.

Two glasses of Pinch of Nom's Raspberry Mocha Granola pots are served, topped with a swirl of cream, raspberries and a drizzle Sweet Freedom Choc Shot. Extra granola waits to the side to be sprinkled on top.

10. Heinz Fish and Chips Sauce – 36 calories per 10g serving

Heinz Fish and Chips Sauce featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (36 calories per 10g serving).

It’s no secret that we love playing with chippy-inspired flavours at Pinch of Nom, so we had to pick up Heinz’ brand-new Fish and Chips Sauce. A self-declared rival to tartare sauce, it’s a tantalisingly creamy combo of gherkins, parsley, and dill.

While it’s a no-brainer to serve it with fish, it also takes jacket potatoes, sarnies, wraps or salads to the next level.

If you’re wondering what we’d pair this tangy condiment with, it’s gotta be our Fish and Chip Fishcakes from pages 82-83 of our Air Fryer book. While our recipe includes a homemade tartare sauce, a squeezy bottle can be a life-saver when you’ve not had a chance to whip the dip!

A table is set with a plateful of Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Smoked Haddock and Spring Onion Fishcakes, with one fishcake served on a smaller pink plate. A pink fork is cutting into the fishcake, revealing the mashed potato centre. There is a lemon wedge to the side to squeeze on top, and a homemade dip in a small bowl.

Heinz Fish and Chips Sauce is available from Tesco, priced at £3.40 per s queasy bottle.

NEW Aldi Super 6 Fruit and Veg Selection

The fruit and veg selection from Aldi's Super 6, alongside their prices, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping.

We love Aldi’s fortnightly selection of fresh fruit and veggies! They choose different items for a special offer where you can pick them up for much less than the normal price.

Here’s a rundown of the recipes we’d make with this week’s Super 6 offering.

Carrots – 41 calories per 100g

A bag of carrots never goes to waste in our kitchen – we’ll always find a tasty place to put them, from pies and stews to salads and even cakes.

Use them to make a bowl of hearty, nutritious goodness that’ll leave you set for the week with our Carrot and Coriander Soup recipe.

A table is set with two colourful bowls of Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Carrot and Coriander Soup. Both bowls are topped with air-fried strips of fresh carrot and a garnish of fresh coriander leaves.

Mango – 60 calories per 100g

Packed with magnesium and potassium, mangoes are famously good for digestion. While we wouldn’t recommend eating the skin, you can do so if you want to absorb every last nutrient!

Rain or shine, we’re always in the mood for Chicken and Mango Pickle Curry.

Pinch of Nom's Chicken and Mango Pickle Curry is served in a large round dish with red handles. The curry takes up one half of the dish, and fluffy white basmati rice is on the other side.

Mini Pears – 42 calories per 100g

Sweet, grainy and irresistibly juicy, don’t be fooled by the size of these mini pears. They’re gorgeous raw as a grab-and-go lunch box sized snack, or you can cook them into a variety of sweet recipes, like our comfort-loaded Pear and Ginger Crumble.

Four portions of Pinch of Nom's Pear and Ginger Crumble served in individual ramekin dishes on a yellow tabletop, with a jug of custard to the side waiting to pour over.

Apples – 53 calories per 100g

It’s always a good idea to keep an apple handy! They’re a juicy, crispy snack that’ll give your day a sweet boost for only 53 calories.

If you know us, you’ll know we always use a few slices to top our morning Apple Pie Porridge.

Pinch of Nom's Apple Pie Porridge served in three bowls on a yellow and white striped tabletop, with spoons waiting to dig in. Apple slices and flaked almonds are scattered on top.

Asparagus Tips – 25 calories per 100g

Bursting with nutrients and low in calories, asparagus has a subtle taste and can be cooked in a variety of ways – steam it, grill it or roast it to bring out its nutty notes.

Asparagus adds a gorgeous pop of green to our Creamy Garlic Prawns when we lay on a tapas-inspired spread.

Pinch of Nom's Creamy Garlic Prawns are served in a skillet while a large serving spoon scoops up a creamy portion.

Bananas – 89 calories per 100g

We’ve got no choice! We’ll have to use the Super 6 to stock up on bananas and make a stash of Banana and Peanut Muffins.

They’re pure snack-time heaven at only 53 calories per muffin.

Pinch of Nom's Banana and Peanut Muffins are served on a wire rack looking fluffy and golden – a cupcake case is empty where one has already been eaten!

Three portions of Pinch of Nom's Mushroom Carbonara is plated up on a grey tabletop, with salt and pepper shakers at the centre. A portion of garlic bread is served to the side.

Grapefruit – 42 calories per 100g

Grapefruit from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (42 calories per 100g).

Grapefruit doesn’t appear in the Super 6 very often! Add one or two to your basket and you’ll be left with a fresh, juicy ingredient you can chop into fruit salads, use as a pancake topper or bake into tarts.

Our gorgeous Sunshine Waffles never fail to make mornings brighter and tastier!

A table is set with two plates of Pinch of Nom's Sunshine Waffles, topped with chopped fruit and a dollop of yoghurt, paired with cups of tea.

Blueberries – 57 calories per 100g

Blueberries from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (57 calories per 100g).

Blueberries pack a punch when it comes to vitamin C and antioxidants. Sprinkle a few on your breakfast, pair them with yoghurt or bake them into these Lemon and Blueberry Baked Oats

Braeburn Apples – 51 calories per 100g

You can use them to try apple pie for breakfast, with our stick-sweet Apple Pie Porridge recipe.

Pinch of Nom's Apple Pie Porridge served in three bowls on a yellow and white striped tabletop, with spoons waiting to dig in. Apple slices and flaked almonds are scattered on top.

1. Morrisons The Best Pink Lady Juice – 72 calories per 150ml glass

Morrisons The Best Pink Lady Juice featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (72 calories per 150ml glass).

If you’re carrying breakfast to bed for someone this weekend, they’ll be thankful to see a glass of Morrisons The Best Pink Lady Juice on their tray.

This gorgeous brekkie beverage is made from the naturally sweet juice of’ best-in-season Pink Lady® apples, leaving every sip delightfully crisp.

Serve up a spread of apple-flavoured heaven with a bowl of Apple Pie Porridge too. We’ve combined oats with apples, cinnamon and nutmeg for a slimming-friendly way to start the day.

The trick is to leave the skin on your apple slices, as there’s plenty of nutritious goodness in them.

It’s all topped off with honey-glazed apple slices and crunchy almonds.

Pinch of Nom's Apple Pie Porridge served in three bowls on a yellow and white striped tabletop, with spoons waiting to dig in. Apple slices and flaked almonds are scattered on top.

Morrisons The Best Pink Lady Juice is available from Morrisons, priced at £3.00 per bottle.

2. Nutoka Flavour Pancakes – 182 calories per pancake

Nutoka Flavour Pancakes featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (182 calories per pancake).

These Nutoka Flavour Pancakes from Aldi aren’t just ‘flipping’ delicious, they’re also ridiculously easy to make. Whether you pop them on the grill, in your toaster or air fryer, they’ll be stacked and loaded with your favourite toppings in minutes.

Add a swirl of low-calorie cream and sliced strawberries for the perfect romantic complement to the Nutella-inspired chocolate chips swirled through.

There are so many different ways to top pancakes (tap here to go to our blog for more slimming-friendly inspiration), and yet there’s a special place in our heart for Banana and Chocolate Pancakes.

Our mix makes a stack of four fluffy oat pancakes, but there’s nothing to stop you making a batch of mini pancakes if you’d prefer.

Two pancakes are served on a bright yellow plate, they're covered in banana slices, strawberries and drizzled with chocolate next to a frothy coffee in a yellow mug.

Nutoka Flavour Pancakes from Aldi are available from Aldi, priced at £1.49 for a pack of 4.

3. Specially Selected Sea Bass Fillets With Asian-Inspired Butter – 176 calories per 1/2 pack

Specially Selected Sea Bass Fillets With Asian Inspired Butter featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (176 calories per 1/2 pack).

We’re already jealous of whoever you cook these Specially Selected Sea Bass Fillets With Asian-Inspired Butter for. A part of Aldi’s Valentine’s range, these reasonably priced fillets come ready-topped with knobs of fragrant, chilli-infused butter.

You won’t be stuck in the kitchen missing any of the fun either; both fillets can be pan-fried until flaky in minutes.

They’re a perfect match for our Chilli Roasted Greens. This side dish brings punchy chilli, ginger and lime to your plate, with a hint of lipsmacking spice for good measure.

Since it’s Valentine’s, why not take things up another notch with a dollop of Creamy Mashed Potatoes too?

A tray of Chilli Roasted Greens is ready to serve. Courgette, broccoli, green beans and asparagus have been roasted in a spicy marinade, with slices of red chillies.

Specially Selected Sea Bass Fillets With Asian-Inspired Butter are available from Aldi, priced at £2.99 for a pack of 2 fillets.

4. For You Gnocchi Hearts – 149 calories per 100g

For You Gnocchi Hearts featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (149 calories per 100g).

As soon as we spotted these For You Gnocchi Hearts in Lidl, we knew they’d look absolutely adorable on any Valentine’s plate. For fluffy little heart-shaped dumplings, pop them in a pan of lightly salted water, and wait a few minutes until they float to the top.

The great thing about gnocchi is that it can be pan-fried or roasted, depending on the recipe you’re making (if you’ve never tried gnocchi before, our Butternut Squash and Sage Gnocchi is a cracking place to start).

Gnocchi makes for a nice change from serving pasta, and it works really well with lots of different Italian-inspired sauces. Use a fork to add grooves to your lovely little gnocchi hearts and the sauce from our Creamy Pesto Chicken will cling to them like a dream.

We’ve used jarred green pesto and tomatoes to speed things up a little.

A plate of Creamy Pesto Chicken has been dished up from a pan nearby. Juicy chicken breasts sit in a creamy pesto sauce, with green beans and sundried tomatoes, garnished with fresh basil.

For You Gnocchi Hearts are available from Lidl, priced at £1.99 per pack.

5. Juicy Marbles Thick Cut Filet – 156 calories per 100g

Juicy Marbles Thick Cut Filet featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (156 calories per 100g).

While these Juicy Marbles Thick Cut Filets aren’t totally brand-new (they were launched by Juicy Marbles UK a couple of years ago), we picked them up because they’re absolutely spot on for a meat-free romantic dinner.

What makes this veggie-friendly ‘steak’ unique is that it marbles as it sizzles, eventually forming a crisp outer layer and a juicy middle. They’re on the pricier side, but we’d say they’re well worth it for a special occasion.

Bring on the Creamy Pepper Sauce and Rustic Potato Wedges! There are so many other different herbs and spices you can coat wedges with; we went for paprika, mixed herbs and sea salt.

To save yourself time, you can always chop your potatoes into wedges and freeze them, ready to go in the oven at a moment’s notice.

Pinch of Nom's Air Fryer Rustic Potato Wedges served in a restaurant-style basket on colourful baking paper; crispy and golden brown with a pot of ketchup ready for dipping.

Juicy Marbles Thick Cut Filet is available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £9.00 for a pack of 2 steaks

6. Morrisons The Best Valentine’s Chicken In Creamy Prosecco Sauce – 255 calories per 1/2 pack

Morrisons The Best Valentine's Chicken In Creamy Prosecco Sauce featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (255 calories per 1/2 pack).

There’s lots to choose from in Morrisons’ Dine in for Two Deal, and yet this The Best Valentine’s Chicken In Creamy Prosecco Sauce stood out to us straight away. It’s no secret that we love a creamy chicken dish at Pinch of Nom!

Simply pop in the oven for 35 minutes and you’re left with tender chicken and roasted mushrooms in a velvety, thyme-infused sauce.

For a ‘winner, winner, chicken dinner’ that’s sure to steal hearts, plate them up with a portion of our irresistible Parmesan Potatoes.

Gloriously golden and crispy, it takes just a handful of ingredients and less than an hour to have them ready to serve. Whatever you do, don’t forget to sprinkle on some fresh chives right before dishing up…

Pinch of Nom's Parmesan Potatoes are served in a white, scalloped-edged dish, on a table laid with a striped cloth, next to a red handled serving spoon. The potatoes are golden brown, with a crispy cheese crust.

Morrisons The Best Valentine’s Chicken In Creamy Prosecco Sauce is available from Morrisons, priced at £8.00 for a pack that serves 2.

7. Emporium Breaded Cheese Love Hearts – 321 calories per 1/2 pack

Emporium Breaded Cheese Love Hearts featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (321 calories per 1/2 pack).

Is there anything more romantic than a gooey, crispy-coated side dish? These Emporium Breaded Cheese Love Hearts are a proper heartwarming, melt-in-the-middle bite.

Pop them in your air fryer and give them a good shake, until they’re crisped to perfection and ready to share with your favourite person.

Better yet, they come with a sweet-and-tangy berry compote that takes them to the next level.

A delicious dip is a must, that’s why our Cauliflower Cheese Balls come with a punchy homemade sauce – all for just 223 calories per portion.

We’d love to go round to Emma’s house and try one of these – thank you so much for sharing your photo in our Gallery.

An oven tray is filled with a freshly baked batch of Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Cauliflower Cheese Balls; a small dish is filled with gooey cheesy sauce for dipping.

Emporium Breaded Cheese Love Hearts are available from Aldi, priced at £2.49 per pack.

8. Iceland Mini Strawberry Doughnuts – 100 calories per 2 doughnuts

Iceland Mini Strawberry Doughnuts featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (100 calories per 2 doughnuts).

Warm or cold, these Iceland Mini Strawberry Doughnuts make for a nice little sugar-coated treat. Keep them stashed away in the freezer, ready for when you fancy a jam-filled bite.

You can defrost them and enjoy them as they are, or plate them up after a couple of minutes in the air fryer (or seconds in the microwave).

Speaking of jam centres, no one has ever been able to resist the charm of our Jammy Hearts recipe. They’re so lovely and buttery, you’d never guess they’re only 48 calories each.

We wouldn’t recommend trying to make these with reduced-fat spread. You need proper butter, or they won’t have the same crunchy magic.

A golden, freshly-baked batch of Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Jammy Hearts are scattered across a blush pink tabletop.

Iceland Mini Strawberry Doughnuts are available from Iceland, priced at £2.50 for a pack of 14 mini doughnuts.

9. Baileys Chocolate Dipped Meringues – 59 calories per meringue shell

Baileys Chocolate Dipped Meringues featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (59 calories per meringue shell).

Inspired by the famous Irish liqueur, these Baileys Chocolate Dipped Meringues bring an easy touch of decadence to your dessert menu. Not only are they swirled with the flavours of boozy cream, they’re also dipped in luxurious-tasting dark chocolate.

For only 59 calories per meringue shell, they’ll be utterly divine crushed into a bowl with low-calorie cream (or a scoop of ice cream!) and chopped fruit.

If you love Baileys, turn to pages 228-229 inside your copy of our Quick and Easy book. You can have our luscious-tasting Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Pots prepped in 10 minutes.

Light, creamy and low in fat, they’re also strictly for grown-ups!

A table is set with four ramekins of Pinch of Nom's Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Pots - each one is topped with a layer of crunchy biscuits.

Baileys Chocolate Dipped Meringues are available from Iceland, priced at £3.00 for a pack of 8 meringue shells.

10. M&S Tiramisu Cheesecakes – 255 calories per cheesecake

M&S Tiramisu Cheesecakes featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with the calorie count printed above (255 calories per cheesecake).

The best of two dessert classics in one, you can’t say no to these M&S Tiramisu Cheesecakes. As if Madagascan vanilla cheesecake with salted caramel sauce wasn’t delicious enough, it’s all topped off with a coffee-soaked chocolate sponge and a creamy mascarpone mousse.

It’s worth noting that this one has a hint of alcohol in it, with Marsala wine swirled into the creamy crown.

Nothing says ‘you mean so much to me’ quite like whipping up a pudding from scratch. This Espresso Martini Trifle always makes hearts melt, with layers of coffee jelly, brownie pieces, chocolatey yoghurt and cream.

Four dessert glasses are filled with Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Espresso Martini Trifle, all topped with chocolate shavings and a brownie chunk.

M&S Tiramisu Cheesecakes are available from M&S and Ocado, priced at £5.00 for a pack of 2.

Brown Onions – 40 calories per 100g

Brown Onions from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (40 calories per 100g).

Our Cheese and Onion Bakes are melt-in-the-middle delicious, for a fraction of the calories you’d find in a bakery-bought version.

Pinch of Nom's Cheese and Onion Bakes are cooling on a cooling rack, and one has been placed on a small white plate. It is cut in half, to reveal the gooey cheese centre.

Baking Potatoes – 63 calories per 100g

Baking Potatoes from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (63 calories per 100g).

These spuds are perfect for the fluffy, golden wedges in our Chilly Cheesy Nachos recipe.

The full recipe is on our website, or you can cook from our Comfort Food book (turn to pages 91-93).

Two hands are holding a large oven dish, placing Pinch of Nom's Chilli Cheesy Nachos at the centre of a table, ready for everyone to dig in.

Chantenay Carrots – 35 calories per 100g

Chantenay Carrots from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (35 calories per 100g).

Throw all of the ingredients for our Lemon and Garlic Chicken Traybake recipe into a dish, and let your oven do the hard work for you.

You’ll know the carrots are ready when they’re cooked through, softened and evenly coated in the lemon and garlic glaze.

Pinch of Nom's Lemon and Garlic Chicken Traybake is fresh from the oven in a baking tray; the chicken thighs are golden and juicy, the vegetables are browned and the lemon slices are charred.

Large Flat Mushrooms – 16 calories per 100g

Garlic from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (5 calories per 100g).

You can blend large flat mushrooms together with thyme, garlic, onions and low-fat cream cheese for this surprisingly low-calorie Cream of Mushroom Soup.

On a red table, two bowls of Pinch of Nom's low-calorie Cream of Mushroom Soup are served. The soup is topped with fresh parsley, and silver soup spoons are nearby, ready to dig in.

Royal Gala Apples – 52 calories per 100g

Royal Gala Apples from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (52 calories per 100g).

Royal Gala are pink-red dessert apples with a mild sweet flavour and a crisp texture. They’re also a lot of fun to cook with, especially if you’re making our warm and comforting, slimming-friendly version of Apple Strudel.

Pinch of Nom's Apple Strudel is fresh from the oven on a wire rack, with a spatula waiting to scoop it onto a plate.

Garlic – 5 calories per clove

Garlic from Aldi's Super 6 selection, featured in Pinch of Nom's Weekly Pinch of Shopping with calories above (5 calories per 100g).

Now’s the time to stock up on garlic! A key, healthy ingredient for lots of our favourite comfort foods, our Bolognese and Garlic Swirl Pie would not be the same without it.

'The Most Popular Pinch of Nom Recipes of 2024' is in bold against a bright and colourful polka dot background.

What a fabulous year it’s been at PON HQ! We’ve been cooking up a slimming-friendly storm with lots of fresh recipes on our website, and we’ve even added two brand-new cookbooks to our collection.

Plus, we launched the first-ever issue of Pinch of Nom Magazine, made our way into Tesco’s herbs and spices aisle with our mouthwatering PON x Flava It! recipe mixes, and topped it all off with the release of the official Pinch of Nom 2025 Calendar. What a whirlwind!

If you haven’t snapped up your calendar yet, don’t worry – you can grab one for January by tapping the image below.

We can’t wait to share more delicious surprises with you in 2025, and we’re beyond grateful for your support! Now, let’s take a look back at some of the recipes you’ve been loving this year…

This post contains affiliate links. Find out what this means.

Air Fryer Cinnamon Breakfast Buns

If you picked up a copy of our new Air Fryer cookbook, chances are you’ve turned to the Cinnamon Breakfast Buns on page 48. The perfect, cosy companion to a frothy morning coffee, we’re so pleased these sticky-sweet treats have been a huge hit with our community.

Keep the photos of your golden, glaze-topped batches coming! You can either share them in our Facebook group, or upload them to the Gallery on our website

Thank you again to Vicky Galvin for sending us this gorgeous photo.

Bolognese and Garlic Swirl Pie

This indulgent tasting Italian-style pie comes with a surprising topping: crunchy and herby garlic ‘butter’ filled puff pastry swirls. Paired with our rich and tomatoey filling, it’s like tucking into bolognese with garlic bread…just even more irresistibly crunchy!

Since we pressed ‘publish’ on this Bolognese and Garlic Swirl Pie recipe, we’ve loved seeing your creations. Just last week, we ran out to grab the ingredients because Karen Gibson’s photo gave us a serious craving!

“Everyone loved this! You don’t need a side dish as it’s deceptively filling.” – thank you for sharing, Karen.

Spicy Coconut and Lime Chicken Curry

Don’t let the simplicity of this Spicy Coconut and Lime Chicken Curry fool you – it’s an explosion of flavours that’s sure to tingle your taste buds. We’ve made things lighter with one of our favourite hacks: swapping tinned coconut milk for a coconut plant-based drink.

Packed with Madras curry powder and a dash of chilli, you’ll never regret adding this one to your fakeaway menu.

Pinch of Nom's Spicy Coconut and Lime Chicken Curry served in a large pan, covered with a garnish of coriander. Lime wedges are ready to squeeze on a yellow side plate, and basmati rice is ready to be served from a white bowl.

Somerset Pork

The traditional version of Somerset Pork takes its name from orchard farming, where workers would settle down and eat a hearty meal after a long day of harvesting apples. A scrummy blend of cheesy goodness and fruity cider, it’s not hard to understand why our community has had this one-pot wonder on repeat!

A large serving spoon picks up a creamy scoop of Pinch of Nom's Somerset Pork from a large blue casserole dish.

Baked Feta Vegetable and Couscous Traybake

We’re so proud of our latest cookbook, Pinch of Nom: All in One! It’s filled with 100 utterly delicious dishes that you can cook without a fuss in one pot, pan, tray or your slow cooker, including this Baked Feta Vegetable and Couscous Traybake.

Crumbled, reduced-fat feta cheese brings a creamy saltiness to balance the flavours, with fragrant thyme to top it all off. The best bit about this dish? It tastes incredible hot or cold – so you’ll want to make sure you save the leftovers for lunch the next day.

Grab a copy to cook with in the New Year by tapping the image below.

Flava It! Creamy Garlic Chicken

No one will be surprised to see the garlicky, rich flavours of one of your all-time favourite recipes on this list! We’ve made our super-popular Creamy Garlic Chicken easier and more fuss-free than ever with our Flava It! X Pinch of Nom recipe mix.

A plate of Creamy Garlic Chicken made with the Flava It! X Pinch of Nom recipe mix is served on a table set for dinner.

Our brand-new range of Flava It! x Pinch of Nom recipe mixes bring you all of the flavour, with even less fuss! You’ll find Creamy Garlic Chicken, Campfire Stew and Mediterranean-Style Traybake ready-mixes sold individually in the herbs and spices aisle at Tesco.

The Tesco logo is spelled out in the spilled contents from 3 of Pinch of Nom's Flava It! Recipe Mixes (Creamy Garlic Chicken, Mediterranean-Style Traybake and Campfire Stew) on a plain, grey countertop.

Or pick up our collection boxes on Amazon – you can choose between four Fan-Favourite sachets here, or learn about the Fakeaway-Favourites collection here

Crispy Duck

There’s no better start to a Chinese-inspired fakeaway night than Crispy Duck pancakes! Far quicker and easier to make than you’d think, we’ve kept our version simple yet full of flavour.

After just half an hour in the oven, your duck will be fall-off-the-fork shreddable and ready to roll into takeaway-style pancakes with a splash of hoisin sauce.

A table is laid with chopsticks, a serving platter of crispy duck, shredded cucumber, spring onions, pancakes and hoisin sauce. Two pancakes are loaded up with fillings, ready to be rolled up and eaten.

Accordion Potatoes

You can thank a TikTok trend for these crispy, golden Accordion Potatoes! We’ve managed to get ours nice and crunchy without frying them in loads of oil. It can take a bit of practice to get the accordion-style cuts just right, but it’s easy once you know how.

A tray of golden brown Accordion Potatoes. The rectangular potatoes are crispy at the edges, sprinkled with sea salt and fresh herbs.

Mulled Wine Beef Stew

Flavoured with Christmassy spices, the aromas of cinnamon, cloves and star anise, this Mulled Wine Beef Stew will get the whole family into the festive spirit – and it’s a cracking warmer year-round!

When the beef is melt-in-the-mouth tender, serve your hearty stew on a bed of mashed potatoes. Or, if you’d rather leave it bubbling away for a few hours, you can follow our slow cooker recipe here.

Pinch of Nom's Mulled Wine Beef Stew is served in a large, shallow blue bowl, alongside a mountain of creamy mashed potatoes.

Hummus Soup

Our community loves a soup you can take on the go, so it’s no wonder our Hummus Soup has proved really popular over the past 12 months.

Brimming with lemony, garlicky goodness, you’ll blitz the ingredients until silky-smooth, and then top it all off with a surprising ingredient that’s far tastier than bread croutons…

A flourish of crispy, spicy oven-baked chickpeas!

Pinch of Nom's Hummus Soup served in a bowl with crispy-looking golden chickpeas scattered on top.
