The words 'What Else Can I Make With the Pinch of Nom x Flava It! Sachets' stand out in yellow against a bright pink sachet, above the Pinch of Nom logo. The background is covered with lots of different Flava It! sachets from the Pinch of Nom range.

Our smash-hit Pinch of Nom x Flava It! Recipe Mixes are perfect for recreating the recipes featured on the packaging, and so much more! We’re here to talk you through some of our favourite, unexpected ways to use our fuss-free sachets.

What are the Pinch of Nom x Flava It! Recipe Mixes?

The Pinch of Nom x Flava It! recipe mixes are split into two collections, or some of them are available to buy as individual sachets. The collection multipacks are currently available to buy online from Amazon and Morrisons’ website, or you can purchase them in Morrisons stores.

You can choose between our Fan-Favourites Collection, or our Fakeaway Favourites Collection, or pick up both! Most of the mixes have enough inside to comfortably serve 4, apart from our Flava It! Air Fryer Crispy Southern Chicken (which serves 2).

Tap the image below to visit our Flava It! Amazon page.

Both collections are sold in Morrisons stores for £3.00 per pack – that’s 75p per sachet! You can order them through the website by tapping the image below.

The words 'Available in Morrisons' are presented in yellow and green above an array of recipe mixes from the Fan-Favourites Collection Box and Fakeaway-Favourites Collection Box.

You can also find three of the sachets from our Fan-Favourites Collection in the herbs and spices aisle at Tesco. They’re sold individually at £1.00 each (or 75p with a Clubcard, when they’re in the deals!).

You can also add them to the basket while you’re online shopping.

The Tesco logo is spelled out in the spilled contents from 3 of Pinch of Nom's Flava It! Recipe Mixes (Creamy Garlic Chicken, Mediterranean-Style Traybake and Campfire Stew) on a plain, grey countertop.

Flava It! Creamy Garlic Chicken Recipe Mix

Rustling up the most popular Pinch of Nom recipe ever has never been more fuss-free, thanks to our Flava It! Creamy Garlic Chicken Recipe Mix. A dish that’ll never get boring no matter how many times you repeat it, if you did want to mix things up a bit, a sprinkling from our sachet will keep that nice and simple too.

A plate of Creamy Garlic Chicken made with the Flava It! X Pinch of Nom recipe mix is served on a table set for dinner.

A leafy green side dish like our Creamy Garlic Sprouts is a great place to start spreading the garlicky goodness further.

Simply add chopped sprouts to an oven dish and toss to coat in our recipe mix. You’ll follow Step 4 as usual, stirring the sprouts together with tangy Parmesan and silky reduced-fat cream cheese.

A plate is filled with Pinch of Nom's Creamy Garlic Sprouts waiting to be dished out with two spoons.

Fancy serving slimming-friendly seafood on your midweek meal plan? Our Creamy Garlic Prawns recipe is really easy to whip up with our sachet too.

You can remove the garlic cloves, Henderson’s relish, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard and stock from your ingredients list, making the Flava It! version more convenient to prep in an instant.

Combine the packet mix with boiling water and simmer until reduced by half with the onions and mushrooms. When the pan is off the heat, stir in the reduced-fat cream cheese to create your creamy sauce.

Pinch of Nom's Creamy Garlic Prawns are served in a skillet while a large serving spoon scoops up a creamy portion.

Flava It! Mediterranean-Style Chicken Traybake Recipe Mix

If you’ve already made our Flava It! Mediterranean-Style Chicken Traybake, you’ll know it’s bursting with fresh, vibrant flavours.

This really versatile mix is perfect for all kinds of traybakes and roasts, as well as even more hearty orzo dishes, like our Vegetable Stew with Orzo.

When you’re grabbing your ingredients, you can skip the vegetable stock cube and dried oregano. Instead, you’ll dissolve our recipe mix in the boiling water that fluffs up your orzo (roughly 1½ litre).

Then, give everything a good stir in your Instant Pot. You’ll be left with a gorgeous, flavourful stew!

Pinch of Nom's Vegetable Stew with Orzo is served in a round green casserole dish. The dish is set on a green and white chequered place mat, and a large serving spoon rests in the stew, ready to serve.

You can even use our sachet for a holiday-inspired oven bake like our Mediterranean-Style Stuffed Peppers recipe.

Rather than a beef stock, you’ll bubble the bulgur wheat filling together with our recipe mix and water, until all of the flavours are thoroughly soaked up.

Plate the peppers up with a zesty side salad and you’ve got sunshine on a plate.

Four of Pinch of Nom's Mediterranean Style Stuffed Peppers are plated up with the tops cut off and the filling of feta cheese, beef, bulgur wheat and veggies bursting onto the plate.

Flava It! Campfire Stew Recipe Mix

Rich, smoky and low effort, it’s no wonder our Flava It! Campfire Stew Recipe Mix is flying off the shelves at Tesco. If you’re looking to make something just as wholesome with a twist, turn to pages 68-71 of our newest cookbook, All in One.

Our Ham and Bean Casserole can either be super speedy (ready in 30 minutes from a pressure cooker) or prepped in a slow cooker (for 6-7 hours).

When you’ve pan-fried your veggies and they’re ready to go in the pot, you’ll also add our sachet with 500ml of water.

Ham and Bean Casserole - Pinch of Nom Slimming Recipes

What’s not to love about our showstopping Pulled Pork Lasagne? While you can use pork if you want to, we found that gammon worked best to get the shredded pork-like filling for a fraction of the calories.

The saltiness of gammon is also the perfect pairing for our smoky, Flava It! Campfire Stew Recipe Mix.

Use a few tablespoons to rub the gammon joint with even more succulent flavour. You’ll coat the meat during Step 2, right before it’s added to a pan to be browned on all sides (skip the BBQ seasoning and pepper).

Pinch of Nom's Pulled Pork Lasagne is in the middle of the table, served in a large rectangular oven dish. A corner has been served onto a small plate nearby, and a side salad is waiting on a separate plate. The lasagne is golden brown and cheesy, with a BBQ pork filling.

Flava It! Cajun-Style Dirty Rice Recipe Mix

With a sprinkling of our Cajun-Style seasoning, you’ve got the makings for the easiest fakeaway-night feast ever. It’s inspired by the flavours of a golden oldie from pages 120-121 of our first-ever cookbook, Cajun-Style Dirty Rice.

Flava It! X Pinch of Nom's Cajun-Style Dirty Rice is served on a white plate with a bright green rim. The plate is set on a green place mat, next to a sachet of the recipe mix and water in a bright yellow glass.

You can always use a tablespoon of recipe mix to help prepare the smoky coating for our Cajun-Style Chicken Thighs. Leave them in the fridge for a minimum of 24 hours, mingling with the aromatic mix, fat-free Greek yoghurt and tomato purée.

After half an hour in the oven, they’ll be juicy, bursting with Cajun-style goodness and ready to drizzle with a squeeze of lemon.

A close-up shows Pinch of Nom's Cajun-Style Chicken Thighs served with rice and vegetables. The chicken looks tender and juicy, with charred spices on the outside.

There’s no reason you can’t use our recipe mixes to brighten up lunchtimes. Our Slow Cooker Chunky Tomato Cajun-Style Soup is brimming with nutritious veggies and beans that’ll keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Swap the stock, Cajun-style seasoning, Henderson’s relish and white wine vinegar for our recipe mix, and you’ll add just as much sizzle and spice to your slow cooker.

A table is set with two hearty bowls of Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Slow Cooker Chunky Tomato Cajun-Style Soup in bright yellow bowls, a crusty wholemeal bread roll waits to one side for mopping up every last drop.

Flava It! Chip Shop Curry Sauce Recipe Mix

You can’t beat our Flava It! Chip Shop Curry Sauce drizzled over a golden portion of chips on fakeaway night. In a few simple steps, the mix is stirred into a mild, smooth sauce for pouring or dipping – far quicker than nipping to the chippy!

The Flava It! Chip Shop Curry Sauce being poured over a tray of golden chips.

There’s no reason you can’t use our mix for other chip shop inspired creations, like our Chinese-Style Chicken Curry. For this one, you’d normally pick up a Mayflower Curry mix for the sauce, but you can use ours instead.

Sprinkle the contents of the sachet into a saucepan of water and stir well until it’s smooth. Set it aside until you’re ready to add it to the slow cooker with the rest of the chopped veggies.

Just make sure you don’t sprinkle a stock cube in too – there’s no need to double up on savoury flavours here!

Flava It! Crispy Southern Chicken Seasoning Mix

It’s no secret that the mouthwatering blend of herbs and spices in our Flava It! Crispy Southern Seasoning Mix tastes just like it came from a restaurant. We’re so happy that so many of you are loving it in our Facebook group – please keep your recipe photos coming!

Pinch of Nom's Flava It! Crispy Southern Chicken is served in a burger bun, with salad. One burger is placed on a napkin, resting on a yellow chopping board. The other burger is in a red and white striped takeaway-style cardboard box in the background.

With our sachet handy, you can make our popular KFC Rice Box even if your spice rack isn’t stocked up. Our mix replaces the onion granules, garlic granules, paprika, chilli powder, dried thyme, and dried oregano, as well as the veggie stock cube and panko breadcrumbs.

For Step 3, dip the chicken into the beaten egg so that it’s evenly covered and nice and sticky for our seasoning mix to cling to.

Our top tip? Have portions of our Savoury Rice stashed in the freezer, ready to serve the full restaurant-inspired meal in a flash.

KFC Rice Box - Pinch of Nom Slimming Recipes

You can really have some fun with this Southern-style seasoning mix! It’ll work as a crispy coating for a number of dishes, including vegetarian wonders like our Air Fryer Cauliflower Katsu.

Take your florets for a dip in egg and seasoning before they’re air-fried to crispy perfection. Just make sure not to overcrowd your air fryer basket – you might need to cook in two batches for the best results.

Two plates of Pinch of Nom's Caulifower Katsu sit on a kitchen counter, next to forks and glasses of ice water. The katsu curry has been served with a portion of fluffy rice and ribbons of crunchy carrot.

Flava It! Burger and Kebab Seasoning Mix

When you’ve got a hankering for fast food, this is the sachet to buy! Use it to season homemade burger patties, or it can be sprinkled on your choice of kebab – chicken, lamb or beef all work a treat.

A sprinkling gives the mince in our Cheeseburger Nachos a delicious, speedy, burger-inspired makeover. Rather than combining the beef with a handful of herbs and spices, our mix does the trick.

Pan-fry the mince as normal until it’s browned and ready to load onto tortilla chips with gherkins and melty cheese.

Pinch of Nom's Cheeseburger Nachos are served fresh from the oven with a topping of beef mince, lettuce, onion, gooey cheese and burger sauce.

It can also add some seriously tasty grill-style magic to the mega patty inside of our Baked Cheeseburger Wrap

You’ll get your hands dirty combining the beef mince and red onion with our seasoning sachet. When everything’s nicely infused, the mix gets flattened into a showstopping supersized burger.

Don’t forget to drizzle with our homemade burger sauce before serving!

Flava It! Salt and Pepper Chips Seasoning Mix

We can’t talk about fakeaway flavours without mentioning Salt and Pepper Chips. You only need potatoes, peppers, spring onion and our packet mix to air-fry a bowlful that tastes just like it’s from a restaurant.

While you usually need to toast sea salt in a pan to achieve the signature salt and pepper flavour, that’s not the case wherever you use our time-saving sachet.

Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Flava It! Salt and Pepper Chips are served in an air fryer basket, with a pink recipe mix sachet to one side.

We use a home-mixed blend of herbs and spices to coat our Salt and Pepper Pork, but there’s nothing to stop you marinating pork strips in our ready-mix instead.

Pinch of Nom's slimming-friendly Salt and Pepper Pork is plated up at the centre of a table with chopsticks ready to tuck in, and a separate side portion of rice and pak choi.

You can also swap in our sachet for the spices, sweetener and salt we’d normally use to coat our Salt and Pepper Chicken Nuggets. Once you’ve coated your nuggets in breadcrumbs and spread them out on a baking tray, sprinkle them on all sides with our seasoning mix.

Serve topped with colourful sliced peppers and onions once they’re baked until crisp.

A street food style table is set with Pinch of Nom's Salt and Pepper Chicken Nuggets served on red and white striped paper, with dipping sauce to the side, and a wooden fork waiting to tuck in.

What else will you make with our Pinch of Nom x Flava It! Recipe Mixes?

We’d love it if you’d share a photo when you’ve cooked up a Nom recipe with one of our Flava It! recipe mixes. This is our FIRST supermarket product ever and it’s really exciting to see! Make sure you tag us (@pinchofnom) so we don’t miss your post, either in our Facebook group or on Instagram.

Both Pinch of Nom x Flava It! collections are available to buy from Amazon right here. Don’t worry if they’re unavailable, it’ll only be temporary. We’re working closely with Flava It! to make sure there’s plenty to go around. Our advice is to refresh the page each day so you’ll see when they’re restocked.

You can also pop to your local Tesco store for Flava It! Campfire Stew , Flava It! Creamy Garlic Chicken and Flava It! Mediterranean-Style Traybake (or add them to your basket while you’re online shopping).

The words 'What to Make Next If You Love Air Fryer Sticky Chicken Nuggets' stand out on a bright orange background covered with cartoon chicken nuggets.

If you’re here because you love our Air Fryer Sticky Chicken Nuggets recipe, you’re not alone! Since we hit ‘publish’, it’s been one of the most searched-for recipes on our website, and we love that you’ve shared so many of your photos with us in our PON Gallery.

Whether you air-fry them, or bake them to crispy perfection in the oven, you’ll be left with a moreish fakeaway bite. The homemade sticky-sweet sauce they’re coated in is a doddle to prepare, using a handful of ingredients you’re likely to have in your store cupboard already.

The ultimate side dish for these golden nuggs has to be chips, but there’s nothing to stop you serving them on a bed of rice or veggies.

This one’s a tasty addition to any meal plan, but if you’re looking to swap in something a little bit different, we’ve got heaps of midweek inspiration for you…

A baking tray is filled with Pinch of Nom's Sticky Chicken Nuggets. The crispy nuggets are coated in a sweet, sticky sauce and served with a dipping pot of ketchup. Wooden forks are laid out on the table and a hand holds one nugget, dipping it into the sauce.

What to make next if you love chicken nuggets

It’s tough to say no to chicken nuggets! While you might think they’re off the menu on a slimming diet, we’ve had years to perfect recreating our favourite takeaway-inspired nugget recipes. With the ingredients for our Salt and Pepper Chicken Nuggets in the kitchen, there’s no danger of us ordering a takeaway! All the spicy, peppery flavours you’re craving are right here.

We fry sea salt in a dry pan until toasted, then make it into a spicy blend with sweetener, chilli flakes, white pepper and Chinese 5 spice. It’s so effortless, and yet so delicious!

A street food style table is set with Pinch of Nom's Salt and Pepper Chicken Nuggets served on red and white striped paper, with dipping sauce to the side, and a wooden fork waiting to tuck in.

When you’re not in the mood for spice, our BBQ Chicken Nuggets are the way to go.

To make sure every bite is crunchy and smoky-sweet, we leave our chicken chunks to marinate for at least half an hour, before they’re breadcrumbed and cooked.

Leave them longer if you want even stronger, tangier flavours!

A yellow table is set with a blue serving plate full of Pinch of Nom's BBQ Chicken Nuggets, with a yellow fork waiting to dig in. There's also a smaller white speckled plate serving a portion of chips with a squeeze of ketchup.

It’s true that our Air Fryer cookbook wouldn’t be complete without a nugget recipe. Turn to page 80-81 to make our Air Fryer Gochujang Chicken Nuggets for just 233 calories per portion.

A banner advertising that Pinch of Nom: Air Fryer is out now, with text that reads 'IT'S FRY-NALLY HERE' above the PINCH OF NOM logo and an 'OUT NOW' banner along the bottom.

They get their signature spicy, sweet and smoky flavour from Gochujang sauce, a staple Korean ingredient made with red chillies and fermented soybeans.

You can expect all the crunch of deep-fried versions, for a fraction of the calories, courtesy of your air fryer!

A bowl is filled with Pinch of Nom's Air Fryer Gochujang Chicken Nuggets from the Air Fryer cookbook; the nuggets are covered with homemade sauce and topped with chopped chives.

Don’t put your air fryer away just yet! These Air Fryer Vegan Nuggets prove you don’t need to eat meat to enjoy a nugget-based fakeaway.

It’s not just the filling that makes the most of vegetables, we’ve made our crispy coating with a blend of panko breadcrumbs and veggies too! Not a bad way to get your 5-a-day.

Last but not least, dip them in our punchy homemade sauce for the perfect mouthful.

Two plates are filled with Pinch of Nom's Vegan Nuggets. The nuggets are coated in crunchy panko breadcrumbs and served with a pot of ketchup to dunk them in.

What to make next if you want to use your air fryer

As you can probably tell from the ‘How to Use an Air Fryer’ page we added to our website recently, we’re a little bit obsessed with our air fryer! If you’ve not dabbled outside of making nuggets yet, try our Air Fryer Salt and Pepper Chicken Burgers next.

A Chinese takeaway and a burger night all in one, each gluten-free ciabatta is stacked with a crispy chicken patty, spicy mayo and Asian-style slaw.

Our recipe uses an air fryer with a probe, but if yours doesn’t have one, we’d recommend preheating to 180°C before cooking. Just make sure to check the chicken is fully cooked through, with no signs of pinkness!

A dinner plate is resting on a chopping board, where two Salt and Pepper Chicken Burgers are being assembled. On toasted burger buns, panko breadcrumb coated chicken fillets are topped with green and red peppers, on a bed of Asian-style slaw.

You might want to skip chicken altogether and make these Air Fryer Parmesan Pork Skewers. They’re coated in a garlicky, herby sauce that really soaks in, so every bite stays juicy even after air-frying.

Add a sprinkling of Parmesan and a fresh side salad, and you’re onto a winner.

A hand is grabbing a Parmesan Pork Skewer from a red and white plate. The bamboo skewers of pork are coated in golden, melted Parmesan, served on a plate with slices of lemon, scattered herbs and a small bowl of dipping sauce.

We’ve got just the recipe to fill the gap on your dinnertime plate: Air Fryer Rustic Potato Wedges. Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, our simple recipe doesn’t leave the air fryer basket until every chip is gloriously golden.

The trick is to always soak the wedges in cold water first, if you can spare the time! It removes the starch and delivers crunchier results.

Add a dash of paprika, mixed herbs and sea salt, and you’ve got a side dish that pairs nicely with, well, just about everything!

Pinch of Nom's Air Fryer Rustic Potato Wedges served in a restaurant-style basket on colourful baking paper; crispy and golden brown with a pot of ketchup ready for dipping.

Don’t worry if you don’t have an air fryer yet – all of these recipes have an oven method too.

What to make next if you love a fakeaway-style dinner

Who doesn’t love a fakeaway? No matter what cuisine you’ve got a hankering for, there’s a Pinch of Nom recipe to cover it. Just the other day we made these Spicy Chicken Noodles in the office and they were a fork-twirling smash hit!

The tender chicken pieces, fresh chillies, leafy pak choi and noodles are all tossed until fully coated in a sticky, aromatic, Mee Goreng inspired sauce that’s delightfully simple to rustle up from scratch.

A table is set with three bowls of Pinch of Nom's Spicy Chicken Noodles with extra dipping sauce to the side. A hand is using chopsticks to dig in to one of the bowls!

If you love recreating ‘street food’ style dishes as much as we do, this Loaded Lamb Sweet Potato Fries needs to be on your Friday night menu.

They’re piled high with juicy lamb mince, minty yoghurt and a tangy, crumbled layer of reduced-fat feta cheese.

Thanks to a handful of reduced-fat swaps, it’s pure, fully-loaded indulgence for just 315 calories per crispy portion of chips!

Takeaway style food cartons are filled with Pinch of Nom's Loaded Lamb Sweet Potato Fries. The golden fries are topped with lamb mince, chopped vegetables and crumbled feta cheese.

Bring Japanese-inspired flavours home with the crunchy florets in our Cauliflower Katsu recipe. This bright and vibrant curry always hits the spot, whether you’re a meat-eater or not!

The magic is in the thick and creamy homemade curry sauce. To recreate the higher-calorie sauce you’d find in restaurant versions, we’ve blitzed carrots, onions, potatoes and a selection of herbs and spices together until smooth.

Our top tip is to make the Katsu-style sauce in big batches! It freezes like a dream, and it means you can serve this dish even quicker next time (especially if you air-fry your cauliflower instead!).

Two plates of Pinch of Nom's Caulifower Katsu sit on a kitchen counter, next to forks and glasses of ice water. The katsu curry has been served with a portion of fluffy rice and ribbons of crunchy carrot.

It’s okay if you’re not ready to say goodbye to meat…we’ve got a slimming-friendly Katsu Chicken Curry you can try too!

The words '7 Days of Air Fryer Recipes' appear on a brightly coloured blue background in a bold yellow and pink font, with the Pinch of Nom logo below.

Most days, we’d rather switch on our air fryer than spend hours baking something in the oven. Whether it’s breakfast, a light lunch or a fakeaway-style dinner, your air fryer is your best friend for healthy, balanced meals that you can rustle up in a flash.

Since air fryers are such versatile bits of kit, there’s no reason they can’t be used every day of the week, for every meal of the day! To help you plan your meals for the next 7 days, we’ve rounded up our favourite air fryer recipes to try next week.

There’s something for everyone on this list, so grab a pen and some paper and get ready to make a shopping list for 7 days of air fryer recipes the whole family will love!

Pinch of Nom: Air Fryer is out NOW!

Your air fryer dreams have come true…our most-requested cookbook ever is ‘fry’nally here! There are 75 cracking recipes inside the pages of Pinch of Nom: Air Fryer, designed to work with absolutely any kind of air fryer.

Add a copy to your collection just here or click the banner below.

Meat-free Monday

There are so many good reasons to start the week with a meat-free Monday. As well as saving a few pennies on the weekly food shop, it’s a great opportunity to try new meals, and use up vegetable leftovers.

Our Air Fryer Cauliflower Katsu is every bit as delicious and satisfying as the chicken version, made with crispy cauli florets for a veggie-friendly take on the Japanese-inspired dish. The panko breadcrumb-coated cauliflower gets crisped up to perfection in the air fryer, before being smothered in our unmissable katsu curry.

From the taste, you’d never guess the sauce is made from lightly-spiced carrots, onions and potatoes, cooked in vegetable stock and then blitzed until velvety smooth. So much goodness, and so much flavour, for so little effort!

Two plates of Pinch of Nom's Caulifower Katsu sit on a kitchen counter, next to forks and glasses of ice water. The katsu curry has been served with a portion of fluffy rice and ribbons of crunchy carrot.

Tasty Tuesday

If you’re still only just getting into the swing of things by the time Tuesday comes around, it never hurts to have a tasty, easy meal to look forward to at the end of the day. Pencil in these Air Fryer Sticky Chicken Nuggets, and dinner will be on the table in just half an hour.

The sweet, sticky, simple-to-make chicken bites feel like such a treat, even though they’re only 212 calories per serving. Faster than a trip to the drive-through, your air fryer will turn the crunchy coating crisp and golden, ready to be tossed in the lip-smacking sauce.

Made from a combination of sweet and savoury ingredients, a couple of tablespoons of honey brings the stickiness that helps the sauce cling to each glorious nugget.

Serve with a simple side of Homemade Oven Chips for the ultimate family-friendly fakeaway night.

Quick & Easy Wednesday

The middle of the week is not the time to be spending hours in the kitchen, so the good news is that our Air Fryer Parmesan Pork Skewers are ready in just 15 minutes. Easy and cheesy, this versatile recipe can be served in so many different and delicious ways – try plating the skewers up with rice, chips, couscous or a nice fresh salad.

The pork cooks really quickly in an air fryer, and it stays lovely and juicy at the same time! It’s well worth prepping the night before, so the meat has time to marinate in the herby, garlicky mixture.

The Parmesan cheese is sprinkled over in two batches, giving the pork a golden, melty coating that’s completely irresistible. At 287 calories per portion, this is a winning air fryer recipe you’ll make time and time again!

A hand is grabbing a Parmesan Pork Skewer from a red and white plate. The bamboo skewers of pork are coated in golden, melted Parmesan, served on a plate with slices of lemon, scattered herbs and a small bowl of dipping sauce.

Leftovers for Lunch Thursday

When it gets to Thursday, your air fryer can help you make the most of any odds and ends of vegetables that you have rolling around at the bottom of your fridge. Rather than being tempted by the takeaway menu or a supermarket sandwich for lunch, these Air Fryer Veggie Dippers are the key to using up leftovers and reducing food waste.

Packed with veggie goodness, they’re made with carrot, red pepper, peas and sweetcorn, mixed with basmati rice to make them nice and filling. Once they’re shaped into dippers, each one gets a coating of panko breadcrumbs, which always crisp up a treat in the air fryer.

You can’t have dippers without something to dip them into, so we’ve made sure to include a sweet and spicy ketchup for dunking!

Pinch of Nom's Veggie Dippers are plated up on a blue and white gingham table with a side of spicy ketchup, ready for dipping.

Fakeaway Friday

Is it even Friday if you don’t make a fakeaway for dinner? With Chinese-inspired flavours, our Air Fryer Salt and Pepper Chicken Burgers will make your next burger night more interesting.

Bringing the salty-spicy flavour of your favourite takeaway order to the table, we’ve included an Asian-style slaw to cool things down. Fresh and crunchy, it’ll balance out the heat from the chicken burgers, piled high inside the soft ciabatta rolls.

We love to make salt and pepper recipes at home, rather than ordering them in – you never know how spicy they’ll be, but it’s so easy to tweak them from the comfort of your own kitchen! Add more or less chilli to this recipe, until it has exactly the right amount of kick for you and your family.

A dinner plate is resting on a chopping board, where two Salt and Pepper Chicken Burgers are being assembled. On toasted burger buns, panko breadcrumb coated chicken fillets are topped with green and red peppers, on a bed of Asian-style slaw.

Start the Day Right Saturday

If you’re not using your air fryer at breakfast time, what are you waiting for? Ideal for crisping up bacon and cooking sausages in a flash, it’s always a tasty way to start the day. Cut down on effort (and the washing up!) and start your weekend right with our Air Fryer Full English breakfast.

We’re talking bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, beans and tomatoes, all cooked together in an air fryer. Just like all the other recipes on this list, your air fryer will work its magic, cooking the ingredients to perfection in a fraction of the time it would take to cook them on the hob or grill.

A breakfast table is set with a cup of tea, pot of ketchup, knife and fork and a plate of Pinch of Nom's Air Fryer Full English. On the white plate are scrambled eggs, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, a sausage and bacon medallions.

Sunday Dinner

We’ve reached the end of the week and there’s still no need to turn your oven on. From the meat to the vegetables, you could make just about every bit of your Sunday dinner in your air fryer, but it’s all about the roasties if you ask us!

The words 'Fakeaway Air Fryer Recipe Ideas' appear on a pale yellow background above the Pinch of Nom logo.

There’s no denying it: we love air fryer recipes, and we love fakeaways, so it’s only natural that we love Fakeaway Air Fryer Recipes!

Part of the beauty of takeaway-style food is that it offers that distinctive crispy crunch that typically only comes from deep-frying.

Luckily for us (and all other fakeaway fans), air fryers are the key to getting a deep-fried crunch, without using buckets of high-calorie oil. If you’re planning a fakeaway feast this weekend, we’ve pulled together a list of air fryer fakeaway recipe ideas to inspire your menu.

From starters and side dishes, through to main meals, you won’t feel like you’re missing out with these recipes up your sleeve – and, better yet, you’ll save both money AND calories compared to ordering from a takeaway restaurant.

Air Fryer Cauliflower Hot Wings

Need a little nibble while you warm up for the rest of your feast? These Air Fryer Cauliflower Hot Wings might be meat-free, but you won’t be wishing for chicken once you’ve tasted them.

Lightly battered and sprinkled with panko breadcrumbs, we’ve doubled down on the crispy coatings, so each fiery little floret is super satisfying to bite into. There are spices in the batter, and then each cauli ‘wing’ gets an extra glaze of hot sauce shortly before the end of the cooking time, so there’s no shortage of lip-smacking heat in this recipe!

To cool things down, we’ve included a creamy dip made with plant-based yoghurt. At 154 calories per serving, these are the perfect air-fried starter for fakeaway night.

Pinch of Nom's Cauliflower Hot Wings are laid out on greaseproof paper. The golden florets are crispy, coated in hot sauce and panko breadcrumbs. They are served with a small pot of dipping sauce, made from plant-based yoghurt and sriracha.

Air Fryer Sticky Chicken Nuggets

Next time you’re dreaming about a trip to the drive-through, preheat your air fryer and start prepping the ingredients for our Air Fryer Sticky Chicken Nuggets

They take just half an hour from start to finish, and you probably already have most of the ingredients for the sticky-sweet sauce in the cupboards. Each bite of tender, juicy chicken gets a good coating of panko breadcrumbs, for a crunch that rivals a fast food shop nugget (for far fewer calories!).

These are well worth getting sticky fingers for – you’ll add the salty, sweet honey glaze and then pop your batch back in the air fryer for the final 5 minutes. Serve with a side of Sweet Potato Fries for the ultimate fakeaway air fryer dinner.

We’ve got even more tasty nugget inspiration inside of our Air Fryer cookbook. We’re talking about 75 slimming-friendly dishes that are all delicious and easy-peasy to make, with the help of your new-favourite kitchen gadget.

Air Fryer Vegan Nuggets

If you like the idea of recreating a drive-through style happy meal, but you’re after a veggie option, we’ve got you covered with this next air fryer recipe idea! Packed with fresh veggies, our Air Fryer Vegan Nuggets turn out golden and delicious every time.

We’ve used fresh cauliflower, carrot and red pepper to make sure these tasty little nuggets are full of flavour and goodness. If you’re cooking for fussy eaters, this recipe is a clever way to sneak more veggies into their diet!

Perfect for dunking and dipping, our recipe even includes a rich ketchup-based dip that’s smoky with paprika and a subtle kick of sriracha.

Two plates are filled with Pinch of Nom's Vegan Nuggets. The nuggets are coated in crunchy panko breadcrumbs and served with a pot of ketchup to dunk them in.

Air Fryer Ginger and Orange Chicken Kebabs

Filling your plate with way more flavour than anything you can pick off a kebab shop menu, our Air Fryer Ginger and Orange Chicken Kebabs cook in just 15 minutes. Ideal for a midweek fakeaway meal, you can set your chicken to marinate overnight in the fridge, ready to go straight in the air fryer the next day.

It’ll soak up the aromatic flavours of warming ginger, fiery chilli, zesty orange and zingy lime, to make sure every bite sets your taste buds tingling.

Threaded onto skewers with red peppers and cherry tomatoes, there’s something summery about this recipe, no matter what time of year you enjoy it. Why not dish it up with a fresh Greek-Style Salad on the side?

On a kitchen counter a plate of Pinch of Nom's Ginger and Orange Chicken Kebabs are served. Threaded onto wooden skewers are chunks of marinated chicken, cherry tomatoes and red pepper. Thin strips of spring onion have been used as garnish and a salad sits nearby, ready to serve.

Air Fryer Cauliflower Katsu

Did you know the katsu curry from a certain popular Japanese restaurant chain comes in at over 1000 calories per serving? We’ve skipped the meat, but none of the flavour, to put our own slimming-friendly spin on the recipe – creating this winning Air Fryer Cauliflower Katsu

With crispy, panko-coated cauli florets and a creamy, thick, katsu curry sauce, you might be surprised to hear it’s only 323 calories per portion.

While your cauliflower is crisping up in the air fryer, you’ll whip up the velvety sauce on the hob. It’s mild and fragrant, so this is a family-friendly fakeaway dream.

Don’t forget, you can always air-fry yourself a non-veggie version of this dish by following our recipe for Katsu Chicken Curry. If you’re unsure how to convert the cooking temperature and timings for the chicken in order to make it in your air fryer, we’ve got you covered! There’s a handy conversion guide in this article

Two plates of Pinch of Nom's Caulifower Katsu sit on a kitchen counter, next to forks and glasses of ice water. The katsu curry has been served with a portion of fluffy rice and ribbons of crunchy carrot.

Air Fryer Salt and Pepper Chicken Burgers

Speaking of chicken, it’s a perfect ingredient for so many different fakeaway air fryer recipe ideas, since it stays really juicy when air-fried. If a burger night sounds right up your street, grab a pen and note down the ingredients for our Air Fryer Salt and Pepper Chicken Burgers

The Chinese-inspired recipe works out at just 343 calories, and that’s including the burger bun and a crunchy Asian-style slaw. Our fiery salt and pepper spice mix is the magic touch in this recipe – and, best of all, you can tweak it to be just as spicy as you like it.

Panko breadcrumbs will give the chicken a great crunch, with stir-fried onions, peppers and chillies loaded in for extra veggie goodness.

A dinner plate is resting on a chopping board, where two Salt and Pepper Chicken Burgers are being assembled. On toasted burger buns, panko breadcrumb coated chicken fillets are topped with green and red peppers, on a bed of Asian-style slaw.

Salt and Pepper Chips

The perfect side dish for your burger, our Salt and Pepper Chips recipe is so easy to convert to the air fryer. Instead of popping the potatoes into the oven, check our air fryer conversion table and crisp them up in there instead.

With bags of spicy salt and pepper flavour in every portion, you won’t regret giving the chip shop version a miss. They’ll cook in less than 20 minutes, making them faster than even the speediest of fast food orders!

Just like the Salt and Pepper Chicken Burgers, you can easily ramp the spiciness up or down, until it suits everyone around the table.

A baking tray lined with greaseproof paper is filled with Pinch of Nom's Salt and Pepper Chips. The golden chips are mixed with finely diced red and green peppers and salt and pepper seasoning. A small pot of ketchup and a small pot of mayonnaise are served alongside the chips, and a hand holds one chip, dipping it into the ketchup.

Air Fryer Rustic Potato Wedges

Not too long ago we gave one of our favourite potato recipes an air fryer makeover, and we haven’t looked back ever since! It’s a bold claim, but these Air Fryer Rustic Potato Wedges just might be the ultimate side dish for your next fakeaway night.

Whether you’re serving them with burgers, nuggets or a Mexican-inspired spread, you can never go wrong with golden wedges that are crunchy on the outside and oh-so-fluffy in the middle.

All you need is a few spuds, some seasonings and less than half an hour to make a batch, and (thanks to a little air fryer magic) they turn out restaurant-quality every single time.

Fresh Ways to Use Leftovers - Pinch of Nom Slimming Recipes

While it’s nice to enjoy a freshly-made meal, cooking something from scratch every night isn’t always an option. Finding fresh, exciting ways to make the most of your leftover ingredients isn’t just convenient when you’re in a hurry – it’s also great for your budget! From homemade sauces to roasted traybakes and slimming-friendly lunches, there are lots of ways your leftovers can serve you (again!).

Here are our top tips for making the most of your leftovers, so they always taste as good as new…

Pick a ‘leftovers night’ and use your veggies

When you’re cooking a recipe from scratch, and following your list of ingredients to a tee, you might find that you often end up with a few odds and ends that don’t make it into the pot. A handful of cabbage one day and a loose onion the next can turn into a fridge-drawer full of purposeless, festering veggies. While it can be tough to imagine giving lonely pieces of veg a new lease of life, anticipating leftover ingredients and working them into your weekly routine does wonders for your budget.

Cooking up a recipe with broccoli tonight? There’s no need to buy fresh ingredients for your lunch tomorrow when you’re likely to already have everything you need for our Broccoli and Sweetcorn Fritters. Crunchy, satisfying and mostly prepared with store cupboard ingredients, there’s no tastier place to use up leftover broccoli than combining it with that tinned sweetcorn you’ve had for ages. They’re even better with a chilli and lime dip, if you love a tangy treat!

Bulking out your dishes with extra veg reduces food waste, adds a nutritious boost to your cooking and helps you stock the freezer with ready-made favourites. But if you’re looking to mix things up a bit, why not have some fun finding your stray veggies a new dish to be a part of?

Fuss-free with hardly any washing up after, traybakes are one of the easiest ways to use up a handful of lost-looking veggies. For our Sausage Traybake, we’ve drizzled carrots, onions and potatoes in a honey-mustard sauce, and cut through the punchiness with sweet, juicy apple wedges. Get creative and try out different combinations of freshly-baked seasonal veg or fruit (once they’re coated in our tangy glaze and baked to perfection, you can’t really go wrong!).

Rustle up homemade soups and sauces

Why not give your veggies a new lease of life by blitzing them into slimming-friendly, homemade sauces? Good for your budget as well as your taste buds, it’ll also save you a few pennies on buying supermarket alternatives.

From base sauces for pasta and bologneses to curries and pies, blending a tasty combination of vegetables, herbs and spices is simple to do – and you can line your freezer with your homemade creations, so they’re ready to bring the flavour whenever you are (just be sure they’ve cooled before you refrigerate or freeze them!).

We keep the calories nice and low in our homely Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Pasta by blending together fresh veg, herbs, spices and a helping of cream cheese. The results are so irresistible, it’s well worth preparing in bulk so you’ve got a ready-to-go base sauce for a quick dinner on another night.

When it’s a fresher, zestier flavour you’re after, you can’t get more delicious or convenient than a batch of homemade pesto. For our Roasted Vegetable and Pesto Tart, we’ve used a garlicky mix of basil leaves, pine nuts and cheese to recreate Italian-inspired flavours, for far fewer calories.

If you don’t have basil leaves, you could always substitute for spare offcuts of fibrous broccoli or spinach and finish with a pinch of dried basil for flavour. Just think of how delicious your spare veggies would be oven-baked in a tart with a vibrant pesto filling…

We love the hearty comfort of a homemade soup, especially when it’s packed with lots of nutritious veggies! Our Cream of Tomato Soup and Croutons comes jam-packed with carrots, celery, cauliflower and creamy butter beans, but there’s nothing to stop you making a few swaps here and there to get the most out of your veg drawer leftovers.

Since they’re oven-baked and coated in garlic, croutons are a delicious way to enjoy bread that’s on the staler side (and you can’t even tell the difference!). Don’t worry about using sliced bread if that’s all you’ve got available – once it’s chopped into cubes, it works just as well!

Make more than you need to avoid any bread going to waste – croutons are suitable for freezing, as long as they’re kept separate from the soup. Whether it’s tomato or a cheesy bowl of Broccoli and Stilton Soup on the menu, you add an irresistible crunch at a moment’s notice!

Enjoy household favourites in a new way

Getting creative with dishes you’ve already cooked can help make revisiting flavours fresh and exciting. One of the most affordable and versatile ingredients out there, minced meat will forever be a batch-cooker’s dream. So easy to portion up and save in tupperware for another day, it’s no wonder there are countless dishes you can serve with the mother of all mince dishes: Chilli con Carne. From pasta bakes to stuffed potato skins, there are plenty of dishes to ensure this household classic never gets boring.

We love our Chilli Cheesy Nachos recipe because it’s the perfect dish for  a spare portion of chilli, and an even better way to use up purposeless potatoes. Made for sharing, you can’t beat that melty, golden cheese topping on a cosy family film night.

You can never miss with Spaghetti Bolognese. A surefire crowd-pleaser, what’s not to like about this Italian-inspired classic? While leftover portions are just as delicious served over a bed of freshly-boiled pasta, try your next spare portion over potatoes when you prepare our Bolognese Cheese Fries. Yet another dish that’ll guarantee leftovers night is never dull, this slimming-friendly comfort dish comes in at just 379 calories per portion. Remember, there’s always room for additional chopped veggies if you’ve got some going to waste otherwise!

If burgers are a favourite in your household, our Veggie Burgers are bound to please. They’re the perfect way to use up finely chopped veggies; leftover cauliflower adds a delightful texture to a variety of dishes, and they’re especially filling in these tasty burgers. There’s no way anyone around the table will miss the meat!

When it comes to enjoying a second round of leftovers, you can’t really go wrong with a flavour-loaded wrap. From roast dinner leftovers to pigs in blankets, there’s not much that doesn’t taste delicious served in a low-calorie tortilla blanket. Made with the tastiest leftovers from your favourite chippy dinner, a slimming-friendly Fish and Chip Wrap is a winning option to brighten up lunch-time the next day. With fish or chips already prepared, all that’s left to do is wrap up and serve (with a delicious added serving of mushy peas, of course!).
