Hey Katie, so we have 2 articles for recipe conversions one for Slow Cookers and one for https://pinchofnom.com/how-to-convert-recipes-to-your-instant-pot/ I’ve just had a look at this recipe is cooked for 15 minutes at high pressure in the Instant Pot so using the information in the articles it should be cooked on low in a slow cooker for about 4-5 hours. These times are just a rough guide only, so please make sure that everything is cooked through before serving. If not, just cook it for a bit longer. Hope that helps!

Hi Sarah, yes this is fine to freeze! Just remember to date and label when putting in the freezer and defrost overnight before reheating. Hope that helps!
