Hey Helen, Chipotle paste has a spicy smoky flavour because of how it’s made so has quite a distinct flavour. You could swap for chilli powder or hot sauce for the warming heat and they will still be nice just a slightly different finished flavour, hope that helps!

Hey Catherine, sorry for the confusion I have now updated the recipe. There should be 1/2 tsp smoked paprika in the turkey mixture and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika in the tomato sauce topping. Hope that helps!

The recipe says to add the garlic granules, paprika and passata to a bowl and mix for the topping. There’s no paprika in the recipe for the topping (although there is in the filing, which is added at step 2).
