Hey Trudie, Spray both sides of the burger with some low calorie cooking spray (so it doesn’t stick to the grill bars) then place on the BBQ. Cook for 5 minutes, then turn and cook for another 5 minutes. Keep turning every 5 minutes, and check the internal temperature reaches 65 – 75°C hope that helps!

Was a nice change from the plain burgers we have been having recently. The raita did it’s job in cooling down the spices as our daughter is just starting to eat spicy food so did comment on it.

Hi Tasha, yes these can be cooked in the oven too spray a baking tray with low calorie cooking spray and cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes or until cooked through, hope that helps!
