I always find that half of mine are still hard in the middle how can i stop that from happening? As i end up throwing away half of them as i cant eat them hard

Im like you and cut my chips all uniform and perfect rectangles discarding the uneven ends lol im so glad im not the only one thats so OCD and classed as anal pmsl ???????????? thanks for the chip seasoning recipe I made my own with all the herbs and spices in my cupboard…have to say worked well too ????

Hi,
No matter how I try I cannot get my sweet potato fries to crisp . They are either soggy or then I leave them longer and they just burn???
