Hi Sam, we used Greek yoghurt in this recipe which has a thicker, creamier consistency than Greek style yoghurt so that can cause it to be icy. Hope that helps!

I defrosted them and blitzed in my smoothie maker (I don’t have a blender). Made for a beautiful sauce, happy with the results. Can’t wait to get stuck in!
