In reply to Sam. Hi Sam, we used Greek yoghurt in this recipe which has a thicker, creamier consistency than Greek style yoghurt so that can cause it to be icy. Hope that helps!

I made this and the flavour is excellent, but I got massive ice crystals in my frozen yoghurt which gave it a weird “crunchy” texture. Do you have any idea what I might have done wrong?

I slightly tweaked the recipe as I had a bag of frozen strawberries that needed using up. I defrosted them and blitzed in my smoothie maker (I don’t have a blender). Made for a beautiful sauce, happy with the results. Can’t wait to get stuck in!
