In reply to Allison. Hey Allison, Choc Shot is a a chocolate syrup made by the brand Sweet Freedom it's made from naturally occurring fruit sugars so is lower in calories than regular chocolate syrup. You will find it online and in a lot of supermarkets. Hope that helps!

PB2 is 45 calories for 12g so Peanut Hottie is a little higher.
