Yum! I’d love to have a go at this, looks so simple and quick to make – it I can’t get hold of microwave pouches of rice. Can I use normal rice? And will I need to cook it before adding to the chicken etc? Thank you.

Made this tonight and added chilli flakes as we love spice. Very easy and very yummy! Portions are big enough to have on their own and we have two big portions left for lunch tomorrow. Definitely recommend!
