Fun to make. Can’t tell it’s chicken sesame toast rather than prawn. Firm favourite, great starter.

In reply to Tracy Swan. Hi Tracy, you need a raw chicken breast to make the paste. It will be spread on slices of bread and baked in step 6. Hope that helps.

These were for a Chinese Birthday Banquet I did for my friend, no one believed the whole meal was PON and all agreed it was actually better than a takeaway! Brilliant recipe! Thank you

In reply to Wendy levy. Hi Wendy, these should work well in an air fryer. As we haven't tested this recipe in an air fryer, I would recommend checking the instruction manual for your appliance and using it for guidance.
