Hi Heldel, yes the Seekh Kebabs can be cooked on a barbecue. Place on a hot barbecue for around 15 minutes, but make sure to cut one open to check that they’re cooked throughout as heat over barbecues can vary. There should be no sign of pinkness, the juices should run clear and the kebabs should be piping hot throughout.

Hi Rosie, yes you can freeze before cooking just remember to defrost thoroughly before cooking, hope that helps!
