Hi Chrissi, thanks so much for your message, we are so glad you are a fan of the books and I will pass on your suggestion for a cookbook for 1! I tend to freeze extra portions of the recipes so that I have meals ready prepared in my freezer and just get them out the night before which really helps me.

Yes, you could but you might need to adjust the cooking times and temperatures to make sure the pastry and sausage are cooked at the same time. We’ve never tried it ourselves, so it would be a case of trial and error I’m afraid.
