I make the patties for this beforehand and put in the fridge, makes it a really speedy breakfast treat. I bought rings to cook the eggs in, you get the shape to match your muffins.

We batch make these and freeze them. Leave the cheese slice out until ready to warm through. They taste amazing! So much healthier than a takeaway breakfast.

This is one of my go to quick and easy breakfasts! Batch make and freeze the patties and just grab and cook when needed! I used a bagel thin which works as well as the wholemeal muffin (I didn’t have any in) fewer calories but less nutrient dense.
