In reply to Ami. We've not tried it, but you could do it in a pan on the stove. You would need to put the pumpkin in the pan with a few tbsp of water and cook it until the pumpkin is starting to become mushy. As we've not tested it we can't guarantee the results or the cooking times. It will be a case of trial and error I'm afraid.

I have 3 large pumpkins (only one carved on Halloween) my 3 teens wanted them, I ended up carving one. I’ve pureed the flesh so it’s great to see these pumpkin recipes. Going to make the pumpkin cake for taster tomorrow. Can’t wait to try the spiced pumpkin latte – going on amazon now to get a milk frother lol

Hiya – can I just check I’ve got the recipe right? there is a shot of coffee in the purée mixture itself, as well as in the drink when you make it?
