Used 1/2 tps garlic granules instead of onion and omitted fennel seeds purely because I was using what I had in my cupboards. Used a burger press and they cooked evenly. Served with chilli beans and 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce.. mmm!

The flavours of fennel and apple are so good, served with mango salsa from everyday light.

The flavours in this burger were simply the best. I added a few chilli flakes for a bit of zing. I would rate it higher than a 5/5 if I could. Pork and Apple are definitely top of the list!

Hi Jess N, thanks for helping out with with this question.
The full freezing instructions can be found if you scroll down the page.
Freeze raw, with waxed paper or parchment between them and only freeze when raw if the pork mince has not been previously frozen.
Defrost throughly in the fridge before cooking.
