A definite Saturday night treat in our house, love the tender beef and cheesey vegetables in the nice crispy but soft ciabatta roll. If you’ve never tried then you should!

I’m afraid I added an extra dollop of spreadable cheese to it to make extra cheesey and creamy yum yum. Lots of black pepper is a must too.

In reply to Tess. Hi Tess, the 50g ciabatta rolls you have will be perfect. There are two ciabatta rolls in the ingredients list and the recipe serves 2, so it's one roll per serving. Enjoy the recipe!

Hi, what size ciabatta should we use? The one’s I could get are 50g. Is the portion size one 50g roll or two? Thanks
