I needn’t have worried about my yoghurt/white sauce-hating husband: he didn’t even notice as I put grated cheese on top to bake it. I used dried speckled lentils for meat-free Monday and it was a hit! I did only put macaroni in the white sauce, not the bottom. Going into my Monday rotation!
