I’ve not long found you, but have tried some of the recipes and very tasty they have been. It’s nice to be able to diet ( or rather change lifestyle) and eat proper nutritious food, rather than constant salads or soups.. My husband can’t quite believe he’s having, “diet food” keep up the good work. I for one really appreciate everything you post. Also I like your rules. My mother always told me if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all.
