Made this with Quorn Pieces and Oxo Meatfree Chicken stock cubes for my vegetarian partner and with chicken for me – both were very yummy and this is one we will definitely have again. I used medium instead of mild curry powder.

Tried this tonight and it was so good! Fuss-free to prepare and love that it’s one pot. Any advice on thickening the sauce? I added cornflour but I just didn’t seem to get a thick sauce consistency as it looks in your photos.

Easy to assemble and then the air fryer bake setting does the rest
