Love this rice, big hit with the family and so easy to make. Lovely to serve with a cooked chicken, salad etc. makes loads so half in the freezer for another day.

Softened the onion and peppers in the pan first, then put everything in the rice cooker. Also added some sweetcorn. Was really popular with my 3 teenage boys.
