I made mine into a paste & left for a few hours. I cooked mine till time stated, then I put on low heat while I prepared the Nando’s spicy rice. Yummy

I cooked mine in my Ninja on bake setting for 30 mins. Had to turn a few times and turned it down to 120 for last 5 mins as it wad cooked through and was waiting for the rice.

This is such an easy recipe, the ingredients are what I always have to hand so no need to go out and buy anything. One meal for everyone saves money. Flavourful. Us parents, teenagers and the 9 year olds all loved this. Will definitely make it again
