In reply to Karen. Hi Karen. All purpose flour is another name for plain flour, so that is the one you need. We've not tried this recipe with almond milk, but I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

Can you use unsweetened almond milk in place of the skim milk? Also is this unbleached all purpose flour or Self rising? Thank you

Not roast related. One of my HE today is 250ml s.s milk could I split my second and have 2 light cheese triangle’s and 20g reduced fat cheese? I’ll be having a roast today so fitting in 2 HEA can be a challenge sometimes.. TIA ????

Help what did I do wrong I followed the recipe they rose nice then wen taken out ov oven went flat and tasted like a omelet
