My sister gave me this recipe few weeks ago
Just wondering if you could add a spoonful of raisins or cranberries (trying to eat more fruit)
Just wanted to thank you so much as being allergic to citrus I don’t eat mince pies It’s a change rather than just skipping the mince pies

Used silicone cupcake cases on a baking tray which worked fine and only used 4 small apples which was plenty
