Put it in the freeze for 10 minutes mould it then put back in for another 25 minutes

They are so worth the effort as they are delicious. I find the longer I keep the filling frozen and the Chicken mixture chilled it’s a better result.

It’s fiddly to assemble but not difficult and so so worth it.
