We made them slightly bigger and cooked them for 10 mins longer than the oven method.

Used a melon baller to measure out the filling portions before freezing.

The smaller you make the filling the easier it is to roll the chicken around it. Put it in the freeze for 10 minutes mould it then put back in for another 25 minutes

A bit fiddly but the more I do them the easier it has become. They are so worth the effort as they are delicious. I find the longer I keep the filling frozen and the Chicken mixture chilled it’s a better result.

Once every element is prepared it’s not too difficult to assemble, freezing of filling and chilling of mixture are a must. It’s fiddly to assemble but not difficult and so so worth it.
