In reply to Laura. Hi Laura It is correct for this recipe. We've packed the bake out with veggies to cut down on the pasta and keep it lighter. You could add more or serve bigger portions if you wanted.

The book says this is freezable but I’m unsure at what point? Before the pasta goes in?

I added a leek that needed using and baked for 15 minutes rather than grill (cos my grill is rubbish ) Very tasty even the avid meat eater (AKA 'im indoors) enjoyed it - winner
