In reply to KittyKat. Hi KittyKat You can use any wholemeal bread mix for this recipe. I've just had a quick google and most of the big supermarkets have their own brand, including Sainsburys. You must have been unlucky the day you went. Hope this helps

Can you recommend a different place to buy the packets of Wholemeal Bread Mix? Aldi have stopped selling them ages ago and they don’t have them in sainsburys either??

Absolutely amazing from someone who is not a Pizza eater, this has chaged my mind, whoelmeal bread flour base, PON tomato sauce, toppings of home made spicey meatballs and diced peppers, tomatoes and cheese and ham served with Sweet Potato Fries.

Sorry if this sounds pedantic but, in the preamble you say that 65g of dough cooks up to 60g but in the actual recipe you say 70g of dough. Which is right please? Thanks.

There are a few makes of wholemeal pitta bread you can use as a heathy extra B . What about using them if you are stuck for time . Would you suggest cooking them in oven first or putting topping on and bungling the lot in in one go . X
