In reply to Jennifer Blee. Hi Jennifer, that sounds like a great idea! We haven't tested this but just blitz the frozen raspberries and bananas together until thick and creamy then freeze. You may find you need to add a little sweetener, sugar or honey depending on your taste. Enjoy your ice cream!

In reply to KD. Hey Kerry, the bananas when frozen and blitzed are what create the ice cream type dessert so unfortunately the bananas are essential. We do have a recipe for Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Yoghurt if you are looking for a frozen dessert it might be worth a try!
