I used a bigger spoon, more like a ladle to put the mixture in and spread, made it easier to get a bigger sized pancake. Spread lotus spread when warm and add the biscuit just before eating for a lovely crunch. Would definitely make these again.

I don’t normally make things like pancakes for breakfast as I don’t have time but today I got up and tried to make them. They were easy to prepare and easy to make and they where yummy. These are a must try.

In reply to Annette. Hey Annette, the recipe serves 2 so the mixture is split in half, it depends on the size you make your pancakes as to how many you would make per serving. Hope that helps!
