Hey Rosie, we find it’s best to freeze these once cooked then re-heat when needed as the coating can go a little soggy. Hope that helps!

Hey Sarah, when you dip the chicken in the egg let any excess drip off before coating in breadcrumbs, hope that helps!

Every single time it goes soggy and sticks to the tray or the baking paper. It is always a disaster.
How have people managed to get breadcrumbs on an item without it going stodgy and sticky?

Hi Lucy, we would recommend using skinless chicken wings or drumsticks. Usually they come with the skin on, although occasionally skinless drumsticks are available in some shops. The best plan would probably be for you to remove the skin yourself if you wanted to use wings or drumsticks. Hope this helps.

Hi Sammie, you could use egg replacer instead of egg in this recipe. You can buy egg replacer in most large supermarkets, and it comes in powdered or liquid form. The powdered type needs to be made up according to the packet instructions but the liquid type is ready to use. Hope this helps!
