In reply to Joanna. Hey Joanna, just had a look at the recipe and it does sound a little confusing in the way the ingredients are set out so I've altered it slightly. The way you prepared the salad was correct, hope you enjoyed it!

You say to sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the salad, which I did and then realised you also need 4tsp of them mixed into the topping, so I ended up picking them out as I didn’t have enough!

However, this was lovely and we really enjoyed it!
