Hi I would love to try this but my slow cooker isn’t big enough can I do in casserole dish in oven if so what timings would you recommend

We have a slow cooker turkey joint recipe here Slow Cooker Christmas Turkey Joint that you can look at to see what weight of turkey joint to use in a slow cooker, cooking time required and general advice on cooking turkey in the slow cooker. Would this work on a turkey joint instead? If so do I need to adjust the cooking time?

In reply to Kate. Hey Kate, Instead of adding to the slow cooker add to a large saucepan and cook on a low heat for 2 1/2 hours. Then follow steps 4-8 as the recipe is written. Hope that helps!
