In reply to Tina. Hi Tina. This recipe was developed specifically for the Tefal Actifry. We don't think it would be suitable for air fryers without a paddle as it requires constant stirring.

What temperature should set the air fryer on? I have a two draw one, no paddle does it need stiring, how frequently?

I can’t get Pecorino cheese, so can I use parmesan instead. What is that calorific value of the Pecorino cheese please, so I can compare the two.
