This slow cooker beef sandwich is perfect for a winters day! I kept some onions whole to have on top and it was lovely. Go careful on the balsamic / Worcester sauce as you don’t want to loose that lovely beef flavour. Enjoy!

In reply to Craig. Hey Craig, the value is correct as you have suggested you could reduce down the amount of balsamic vinegar to suit your taste, hope that helps!

Made this last night and it was okay. 100ml balsamic vinegar seems too much as it completely dominated the taste. May try again with 10ml as I wonder if it’s a typo?

Most large supermarket stock them – you can find them in the “free from” aisle ????
