Hey Pauline, we haven’t tested this recipe using beef but it should work okay. You may need to cook longer than stated on the packet depending on the type of beef joint you are using. Hope that helps!

Said it serves up to 4 people but I got 6 servings. If I had put mushrooms and celery (can’t eat these) in I would of got more servings. I served mine with extra veg on the side. But would be lovely with mash or new potatoes
