Hey Tracy, the whole recipe serves 4 people so the nutritional information on the recipe page is for one portion of the recipe. The amount of fish fingers the recipe makes will depend on the size of the cod fillets that you are using. Hope that helps!

Hey Steve, We think it’s best to freeze these fish fingers after cooking – if you pop some greaseproof paper between them before freezing then they’ll be easy to separate. Hope that helps!
