In reply to Nat. Hi Nat, sorry for the loss of your mother. I'm afraid I don't know the book but if you search Farfalloni Con Funghi book online quite a few cookbooks come up in the search so you may be able to find it that way. Hope that helps!

Hello, checking out your wonderful website, I came across the Farfalloni Con Funghi recipe, which I also remember from an old pasta cookbook my mother had. She used to cook me this recipe when I needed comfort! Sadly she died very suddenly and all of her books were lost. I’ve been trying to track down the name of this book for many years so I could buy a copy…I don’t suppose you know the name of the book so you? Sorry for such a strange question but this is the only reference I’ve ever seen to it

Minimal ingredients & easy to prepare, very tasty results, I would normally be a packet mix/sauce jar kind of person. I’m now feeling more inspired to cook from scratch.

Hi Paul
I’ve checked the points and they are correct. White pasta is quite high in points. You can use less pasta to cut the points, or if you are on the purple plan, you can swap it for wholemeal pasta which is zero points.

Hi, the weightwatchers point seem to be high for the ingredients in this recipe?
Is 17 points per portion correct?
