Hi Tracy, the idea for this recipe was just another way to use our Eggnog recipe and we thought a warm glass combined with a latte was just the trick and worth the little extra effort to make. The addition of the brandy sounds lovely I’ve not tried it that way yet so thanks for the tip!

Not as creamy or calorific as proper eggnog, which I love. The whole thing is time consuming so not one to make in a hurry (my egg mixture split the first time). I added a wee bit of brandy for an extra treat. Thank you for the recipe I’ll definitely make again.
