I served this with rice noodles which absorbs on the sauce I also added cucumber to the salad which was refreshing.

I used fillet steak but a small cut so the same calories overall. I also cooked it on a griddle pan. Served with roasted beetroot and red onion, with a side salad and I can honestly say it was the best steak we’ve ever had.
