Hi, for those who are worrying about the yoghurt splitting, if you take the yoghurt out the fridge 1 hour before cooking to bring to room temp and add at the end, once the curry is off the heat and has sat for a few mins, then it shouldn't split as much. I've tried several brands of yoghurt and they all split but using the method above made it happen the least, and was still super tasty!! Thank you PON
