Hi Hayley, ‘spreadable cheese’ refers to cheese spread such as Seriously Spreadable, Dairylea, Primula, Laughing Cow and other brands; whereas ‘cream cheese’ refers to soft cheese such as Philadelphia and other brands. This recipe uses cheese spread. Hope this helps.
