Hi when it comes to beating the flour into mixture can I use a mixer for these stages. I have arthritis in my arms and I know it will hurt. Thank you

Hi Claire, we use granulated sweetener that weighs the same as sugar and has the same texture as sugar.The one we use is NKD Living 100% Natural Erythritol Natural Sugar Alternative, and can be found on Amazon. Other brands such as Canderel Sugarly would also be suitable and can be found in most supermarkets.You can use sugar if you like and yes it would be the same amount.
