Hi Beckie, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your Chocolate Orange Brownies. Using the wrong type of sweetener will have affected the sweetness of the brownies. You need to use white granulated sweetener that has a similar weight, texture and sweetness as sugar. We don’t recommend using a particular brand of cocoa powder, just use a good quality cocoa powder to give a good chocolate flavour to the brownies. Hope this helps.
