Hi Deborah, We haven’t tried making these with GF flour it could alter the texture of the finished biscuits slightly but do let us know how you get on if you try them out!

Hey Tess, it sounds like you may have overworked the dough which can make it a little tough once baked. Knead the dough until smooth then roll out ready to cut. Hope that helps!
