Hi Anna, chicken breast needs a little less cooking time than chicken thighs, so we would estimate about 25-30 minutes. Just make sure there’s no sign of pinkness inside the chicken and the juices run clear.

Topped with tandoori chicken, finished with a squeeze of lemon juice and added some homemade yogurt and mint sauce.
