I did the chicken in the airfryer & turned it over after 10 minutes so it was crispy on both sides. It was delicious. Definitely will be doing again. Great for a quick mid week meal.

Love how quick this was for a midweek meal. The coating on the chicken is so crunchy against the softness of the pasta. Definitely will be doing this again.

I’m not keen on chilli/peppers so left the flakes out I also turned the chicken halfway through cooking so it was crispy on both sides

Had this in an Italian restaurant recently and this was just us good. Will add more salt and chilli flakes to the chicken crumb next time as I’d like it to have a bit more oomph! Lovely with the spaghetti and really filling.
