I used a thinly sliced carrot instead of a leek and I only had a puff pastry sheet in my freezer for the topping. The whole family loved it!! Everything just melted in your mouth. Yummy 😋

I used leftover roast chicken, leftover mash, a pack of ham off cuts, frozen leeks and frozen onions. I used a teaspoon of dried thyme as I didn’t have fresh. PON improvisation!
