I made this recipe tonight for my mum who loves risotto and considering I had never made it before it went down very well, was easy to follow and she enjoyed it a lot! Thank you for this amazing recipe it was delicious 🙂

Great recipe and veristile. I’ve made similar with grated courgette (instead of greens) and a dollop of cream cheese at the end for extra creaminess! Also, works well with cooked flaked salmon added at the end rather than chicken!
