In reply to Kelly Wingate. Hi Kelly, we haven't tried making Chicken and Mango Burgers with minced chicken but it should be fine. You may need to add a little beaten egg to the burger mixture if it doesn't hold together well. The cooked burgers will have a coarser texture than if you used the chicken breasts. Hope this helps!

These were very tasty, the salsa was delicious (not too spicy) nearly didn’t bother with the mayonnaise but glad we did. Served with a lovely salad.
