Hi Sue, our Chicken and Banana Curry is best suited to cooking on the hob so we wouldn’t recommend slow cooking it. Hope this helps

I am freezing three portions so spilt it first and then added banana to the one I was having so it doesn’t go mushy when reheated 🥰

Also made the simple naan breads too, whole meal was delicious!!
