In reply to Rosie. Hi Rosie, your Chestnut Roast may have over cooked slightly which would cause it to dry out and become crumbly. We would suggest checking your oven temperature with an oven thermometer to make sure it's not running a bit hot. Hope this helps.

Preparation was so easy and the flavours really came came out when cooked. Might try adding borlotti beans or similar just to bulk it up a bit as I do SW as well as PON

Can this be prepared the day before cooking if kept in fridge?
